Nitheesh Sundaresan, Founder & CEO
Nitheesh, a civil engineer turned social entrepreneur, is the founder of VARSYA, an eco-brand dedicated to promoting sustainable products and practices. With extensive experience in construction and product development across India and Middle East, he has spent eight years as a serial entrepreneur in the fields of recycling and hospitality. His journey includes organizing environmental campaigns, backyard gardening initiatives, and educational programs for children.
Currently, Nitheesh manages Business Development, Finance, and Marketing.
Anu Asok, Co-founder and COO
Anu Asok is a food safety expert with over 10 years of experience and a Master's degree in Biotechnology. Certified as a Lead Auditor for various quality standards, she has worked in seafood quality assurance and served as a Food Safety Manager in the Middle East.
Currently, Anu oversees R&D, Post Sales Operations, Administration, and HR.
Dr. Kiran Kumar, Chief Scientist
Dr. Kiran Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from NUS, Singapore, and has over a decade of experience at Grafoid Inc.
Currently, he manages all ongoing and upcoming technologies in the Research and Development section.
Sri Renga Ramanujam, Scientist, Biopack
Sri Renga Ramanujam holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology and specializes in sustainable packaging solutions, drawing from his experience in agro waste packaging.
Currently, he manages Biopack initiatives.
Kishore Choudhury, Paper & Pulp Technologist
Kishore Choudhury has a Master's in Organic Chemistry and over 35 years of experience in the paper and pulp industry.
He currently oversees Process Development and Quality Control in Coating and Paper Packaging.
G. Sundareshan, Procurement Consultant
Sundareshan possesses over 40 years of extensive experience in the Paper and Pulp Industry. He currently oversees the procurement of high-quality paper, ensuring optimal market rates.
Neema Singh, Operations Manager
Neema holds a Master’s in Arts from Meerut University and brings over 20 years of experience, with a proven track record and in-depth knowledge in Supply Chain Management. She currently oversees all operations, including logistics, warehousing, sustainable packaging, and post-sales support.
Vidhya, Research Associate
Vidhya's MSc in Chemistry and experience in Bio polymers keep her at the forefront of materials research and positioned as Research Associate.
