Nitheesh Sundaresan, Founder & CEO
Nitheesh, a civil engineer turned social entrepreneur, is the founder of VARSYA, an eco-brand dedicated to promoting sustainable products and practices. With extensive experience in Materials, Product & Business development across India and Middle East, he has spent eight years as a Social Entrepreneur in the fields of recycling and hospitality. His journey includes organizing environmental campaigns, backyard gardening initiatives, and educational programs for children.
Currently, Nitheesh manages Business Development, Finance, and Marketing.
Anu Asok, Co-founder and COO
Anu Asok is a food safety expert, R&D & Biomaterial Analyst with over 10 years of experience and a Master's degree in Biotechnology. Certified as a Lead Auditor for various quality standards, she has worked in seafood quality assurance and served as a Food Safety Manager in the Middle East. Anu was selected as one of the entrepreneurs for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Initiative at IIMB NSRCEL
Currently, Anu oversees R&D, Post Sales Operations, Administration, and HR.
Ariya, Sales Coordinator
Ariya is a Graduate Computer Science Engineer with 6 years of experience in customer service and backend work in abroad.
Aadithya Chandana K S, Research Associate
Aadithya is a M.Sc (Polymer Science) Graduate from CIPET. She looks into Plastic Processing & Quality Control
Gajanan Waghmare, Business Development
